We process all existing raw materials: Forging, casting, stamping, sintered and fine blanking, using our multiple technologies: CNC Center, CNC Lathes and automated transfers.

Transfer
Our transfer lines are specific and taylor-made solutions designed by Indecober for large series. They include the full automatisation from loading/unloading and handling to 100% inspection of components. These machines offer a maximum productivity and are specific designed for unattended production cells.
Chiron Variocell
Double spindle, double table, 5 axis and 100% robotized CNC centre. This Chiron model is the most accurate, reliable and dynamic solution for large series. Our line is the first of its type implemented in Spain, providing Indecober with a huge qualitative and quantitative competitiveness advantage, offering flexibility and optimized cycle times.
Muratec
The Muratec horizontal Lathe is a multifunctional and compact, double spindle center. It is a fully 3 axis, gantry automatized production center.
With its high reliability and capability, this is the best solution for unattended production cells and complex geometries.
It includes a Gantry rototic loading/unloading system. This solution is specially designed for integration as proceduction cell.
Okuma
Double spindle horizontal CNC lathe with automatized loading/unloading and handling system. Optimized for medium and large series in the automotive market. Component’s front and rear machining operations can be done at once within a single clamping saving cycle time. All our lines are provided with full automatized Gantry handling systems.
Takisawa
Flexible support for any production process. 2 spindles, 2 robots, 2 loading/unloading cells. This solution offers high solution, high automation and high productivity on an optimized space.
Famar
1 spindle vertical lathe. It’s a very compact solution with unbeatable dynamics. It is the fastest solution of the market for components up to ∅120mm. Its state-of-the art automation system ensures 3sec loading/unloading time.
